1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "bk1000", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the bk1000 gaming platform, its operators, and affiliated entities.

• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User on the bk1000 platform.

• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a User to their bk1000 account balance.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a User's bk1000 account balance to their designated payment method.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits or free bets offered by bk1000 subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on any game or sporting event offered through bk1000 services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with bk1000, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bk1000.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

3.2 Account Creation

When creating a bk1000 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Create only one account. Multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds and winnings.
• Keep your account credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or to cancel an account at any time at our sole discretion, particularly if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, bk1000 will require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm your identity, age, and address. This process protects both you and our platform from fraud and identity theft, and ensures compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, SIM, or passport)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence) - required only in specific cases
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Verification typically takes 1-24 hours during business days. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or verification at any time.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Deposit Methods

bk1000 supports deposits through all major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp).

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• You are the legitimate owner of the funds being deposited.
• The payment method used is registered in your own name and you have authorization to use it.
• The funds are not derived from any illegal or unauthorized source.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of a third party.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits via Indonesian banks and e-wallets are processed instantly and credited to your account within minutes. In rare cases, bank processing delays may occur, particularly outside business hours or during Indonesian public holidays. If a deposit has not been credited to your account within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

bk1000 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from your bk1000 account, you must:

• Have successfully completed KYC account verification.
• Withdraw funds using a payment method registered in your own name matching the name on your account.
• Have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements if you have claimed promotional bonuses.
• Have a positive account balance exceeding the minimum withdrawal threshold for your chosen payment method.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Business Hours (Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 WIB): 1-6 hours typical processing time
• Outside Business Hours and Weekends: Up to 24 hours processing time
• VIP Gold Tier and Above: Priority processing with typical completion within 1-3 hours
• First Withdrawal: KYC verification adds 1-24 hours to initial processing time

These are processing times for bk1000 to approve and initiate your withdrawal. Additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to credit the funds to your account, which is beyond our control.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. Standard accounts have daily and monthly withdrawal limits. VIP tier members enjoy higher limits and reduced or waived withdrawal fees. bk1000 does not charge withdrawal fees for most standard bank and e-wallet withdrawals, but reserves the right to impose administrative fees in specific circumstances.

We reserve the right to request additional verification documents or information before processing large withdrawal requests, particularly first-time withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 or withdrawals that significantly exceed your deposit history.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

bk1000 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are clearly stated in the promotion details at the time of offer.

General rules applying to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any form of bonus exploitation will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred or sold to other users.
• We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• You must opt-in to receive bonuses. Bonuses are not automatically credited unless you have actively claimed them.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. A wagering requirement specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before withdrawal is permitted.

For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 15x wagering requirement means you must place a total of Rp 15,000,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus and any winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements - contribution percentages are specified in the bonus terms.

Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days from bonus activation). Unused bonuses and wagering progress expire after this period. Maximum bet limits may apply while a bonus is active.

7. Betting Rules and Fair Play

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed through bk1000 are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed electronically. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the user.
• All bets must be placed before the start of the event or game round. Late bets or bets placed after the outcome is already known are void.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting settlements are based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of each sport. For live (in-play) betting, odds and markets update in real-time. There may be brief delays between on-field events and odds updates. Any bets accepted during this delay period at outdated odds may be voided at our discretion.

7.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games and slot machines on bk1000 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for fairness and randomness. Game outcomes cannot be predicted or manipulated by the house or players.

Each game has its own specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages which are available in the game information screens. 9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.2 Account Suspension by bk1000

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately without prior notice if:

• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification
• You are found to be under 21 years of age
• You create multiple accounts or assist others in creating duplicate accounts

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without prior written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use bk1000 services for personal entertainment purposes only.

11. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk1000 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues
• Unauthorized access to your account by third parties
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content or odds
• Loss of winnings, data, or financial loss resulting from service interruption

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with bk1000 services is to stop using the platform and close your account. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount deposited to your account in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We make no warranties or representations regarding the continuous availability of our services. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruption. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime but are not liable for any losses during such periods.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding bk1000 services, please follow this escalation procedure:

For disputes that cannot be resolved internally, you agree to pursue resolution through arbitration rather than court proceedings.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bk1000 is licensed and regulated. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from disputes with bk1000 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By using bk1000 services, you acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws. We do not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in your location.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these terms.
